Front End Engineer‍

Ribbiot is seeking an experienced front end engineer to join the core platform/UX team

Position Summary

• A unique opportunity to bring your hard/soft skills to play a significant role in delivering the company’s vision and objectives
• As a key member of the team, you will have the opportunity to define/influence the customer experience the product delivers
  

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into engineering specifications
• Design, develop, and test intuitive UX/UI to address customer needs
• Select appropriate tools and technologies to serve the needs
• Build reusable components and libraries with a clear view of the long term while delivering on the short term
• Maintain brand consistency throughout the design
• Collaborate cross functionally across Product, Customer Success, and other engineering stakeholders
  

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• At least 4 years of demonstrated experience developing the UI/UX for large scale enterprise applications
• Experience working in fast paced environments utilizing Agile methodologies
• Experience with responsive design, web performance, and cross browser compatibility
• Demonstrated experience developing/deploying using the following (or equivalent)
• HTML, CSS
• JavaScript/TypeScript, JQuery, React, Redux, React Hooks
• React Native, SwiftUI
  

Ideal candidate will additionally possess the following

• Prior experience working in startup environments
• Demonstrated ability to translate abstract requirements into concrete specifications
